Swim

Swimming is a cardio exercise that conditions your entire body. It is a low impact exercise that is gentle to the body, as well. Join a health club or gym that offers a pool, or visit a public park that offers indoor swimming for free. Or in the summer months, swim for free at an outdoor poor at a public park or in a lake.

You can decide on several choices when adding cardio exercise to your fitness routine. The goal of a cardio exercise is to elevate your heartbeat and keep it there. If it does that, it's effective.
