I have been so impressed with Direct TV programming since I switched from cable. My husband has access to all of the shows he loves, and so do I. He likes to watch old action movies and I am addicted to E! and Bravo. Sometimes I think getting a second TV in our house saved our marriage. When it comes to TV, our interests couldn’t be more different. I don’t blame him for not wanting to watch my shows, but he tries to force me into watching his old movies. I don’t understand why he even tries, since he knows I hate them. I know it might not be the most romantic thing, but some nights when I get home from work I don’t want to negotiate over what we watch. It’s nice to be able to go into our bedroom after dinner and just relax and watch what I want to watch. Directv gives us the option to have HD programming in both rooms, so I get to do this, and not sacrifice quality. This has really been a lifesaver!
